Declaration: This Commission Settlement Receipt is issued by the terms and conditions governing the use of
NWS Global’s proprietary technology by the merchant’s agent. The merchant expressly acknowledges and agrees
that this transaction and the commission settlement herein are solely for lawful purposes and in compliance
with the legal framework governing such transactions.

The merchant bears full responsibility for ensuring this transaction's authenticity, accuracy, and legality
by the applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines of the Government of India. NWS Global shall not be held
liable for any misuse, misrepresentation, regulatory non-compliance, or legal consequences arising from this
transaction.

By accepting this receipt, the merchant unconditionally agrees to indemnify and hold NWS Global harmless
against any claims, liabilities, penalties, or legal proceedings that may arise in connection with this transaction.
